N-Glycan Standards for Confident Research

Our flagship product is a library of high-purity, isotopically labeled N-glycans designed to be employed as internal standards for glycomic and proteomic analyses. Library members are individually packaged in a high-recovery, 1.5 mL glass vial containing 10 ug of material for seamless incorporation into the end-user's experimental workflow.

Compound Synthesis

Each N-glycan target contains a uniformly labled 13C6 N-Acetylglucosamine and is custom synthesized using an enzymatic strategy to ensure absolute stereo- and regiocontrol.

Quality Control & Validation

Structural integrity of each compound is validated using a combination of NMR, high-resolution mass spectrometry, and reductive animation analysis. All data are available in a downloadable QC certificate.

Dr. Anthony Prudden

Dr. Anthony Prudden

Dr. Anthony Prudden is a synthetic carbohydrate chemist who earned his PhD under the supervision of Geert-Jan Boons from the University of Georgia. His graduate work focused on the creation of the largest collection of synthetic human milk oligosaccharides. After graduating, Anthony pioneered methodologies for producing complex symmetric and asymmetric N-linked glycans of exceptional purity. His current synthetic efforts focus on the development of carbohydrate-based tools and reagents to advance research in glycomics and proteomics.
